Overview GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the device) is a low-voltage withdrawable switchgear developed by the joint design team of the former Ministry of Machinery and the Ministry of Electric Power according to the requirements of the competent departments of the industry, the vast number of power users and design units, which conforms to the national conditions, has higher technical performance indicators, can meet the needs of the development of the power market and can compete with the existing imported products. The device passed the appraisal jointly sponsored by the two departments in Shanghai in July 1996, and was valued and affirmed by the manufacturing units and power users. The device is suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textiles, high-rise buildings and other industries. In large power plants, petrochemical systems and other places with high degree of automation and computer interface, it is used as a low-voltage complete power distribution device for power distribution, centralized motor control and reactive power compensation in power generation and power supply systems with three-phase AC 50(60)Hz, rated working voltage 380V, rated current 4000A and below. The device complies with IEC439-I and GB7251.1-97 standards. Features The main frame is made of 8MF steel, and the two sides of the steel are respectively provided with (1)9.2mm mounting holes with modulus of 20mm and 100mm, so the internal installation is flexible and convenient. The main frame assembly form is designed into two kinds, the fully assembled structure and the partial (side frame and beam) welded structure, for the user to choose. The functional rooms of the device are isolated from each other, and the compartments are divided into functional unit room, bus room and cable room. The role of each chamber is relatively independent. The horizontal main bus is arranged horizontally behind the cabinet to enhance the ability of the bus to resist electric power, which is the basic measure to make the main circuit of the device have high short-circuit strength. The design of the cable compartment makes it very convenient for cables to enter and exit up and down. The ambient air temperature under normal use conditions is not higher than 40 ℃, not lower than -5 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours is not higher than 35 ℃. The relative humidity does not exceed 50% at the highest temperature, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature, for example, 90% at 20°C, but temperature changes should be considered, and moderate condensation may occur accidentally. The altitude is not more than 2000 meters. The installation tilt does not exceed 5. No dust, corrosive gases and rain soaked indoors.

It includes the functions of power center (PC) and motor control center (HCC). All technical parameters meet the national standards. It has the characteristics of advanced structure, beautiful appearance, high electrical performance, high protection level, safety and reliability, and convenient maintenance. It is an ideal power distribution device for low-voltage power supply system in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, electric power, machinery, textile and other industries. This product complies with IEC-439 and GB7251.1-97 standards. Features GCK(L)1 and GCJl are assembled composite structures. The basic framework is made of special profiles and assembled. The cabinet frame, part size and opening size shall be changed according to the basic modulus E = 25mm. In the MCC scheme, the cabinet is divided into five areas (rooms): horizontal bus area, vertical bus area, functional unit area, cable room and neutral grounding bus area. Each district is isolated from each other to ensure the normal operation of the line and effectively prevent the expansion of the fault. Since all the structures of the frame are fastened by screws, welding deformation and stress are avoided, and the accuracy is improved. Normal use of environmental conditions ● altitude does not exceed 2000 meters. ● The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40 ℃, not lower than -5 ℃, and its average temperature is not higher than +35 ℃ within 24 hours ● Atmospheric conditions: the air is clean, the relative humidity is not more than 50% at temperature +40 ℃, and larger relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature, for example, 90% at +20 ℃. ● There is no fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration of the place. ● The control center is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures:-25 ℃ ~ +55 ℃, not exceeding +70 ℃ in a short time (not exceeding 24h).
