In the process of users installing our products, the company will send people to provide on-site guidance and installation services. For problems caused by users' own technical conditions or design negligence, our technical service personnel will try their best to assist users to solve them.

 

  2. Provide complete equipment and technical information free of charge

Our company will provide users with detailed technical information of the factory equipment free of charge when the equipment leaves the factory, including instructions for on-site installation, use and daily maintenance of the products.

 

  3. Timely and fast after-sales service

Our company has set up an after-sales service department and is equipped with skilled and trained technicians. Within 12 hours after receiving the user service information, the service personnel are guaranteed to be in place, 24-hour maintenance is in place, and 48-hour maintenance is in place in some remote areas. In addition, the company will visit the users every six months to fully understand the needs of the users and make the service work better.

 

  4, quality three guarantees, life-long maintenance

Counting from the delivery of the equipment, the company will provide free replacement of parts caused by quality problems during the normal use of the product during the warranty period. After the warranty period expires, if the user needs to repair or change the equipment, our company can also arrange personnel to go there, only charging material fees and difference fees.

 

  5. Free training for user operators and maintenance personnel

During the equipment production process or after the equipment is delivered for use, our company provides free training to the user's operators and maintenance personnel in our company. The number of trainees is specified by the user. The training content is roughly equipment maintenance, operation and maintenance, operation and replacement maintenance and safety knowledge courses. The training instructors are all experienced engineers of our company, and the schedule can be determined by the user.

 

  6. Long-term free technical support

Our company provides long-term free technical support to users who purchase our products.
