Overview

　　PGL AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises. It is used for power, distribution and lighting in low-voltage distribution systems with AC 50Hz, insulation voltage of 500V and rated working voltage of 380V.

　　This product complies with GB7251.1-97 national standard.

 

　　Characteristics

　　The PGL power distribution cabinet is an indoor low-voltage power distribution unit with indoor installation and open double-sided maintenance.

　　The basic structure of the power distribution cabinet is made of thin steel plate and angle steel welding. There is a door in front of the cabinet, and the instrument panel above the cabinet is a small door that can be opened, and an indicator instrument can be installed. Side-by-side assembled cabinets, with partitions between cabinets and cabinets, reduce the possibility of expanding accidents due to malfunctions in single cabinets. The main busbar is mounted on the insulating frame above the rear frame of the cabinet, and a busbar protection cover is provided to prevent a serious accident caused by a metal object falling from the top of the main busbar. The neutral busbar device is on the insulator below the cabinet. The main grounding point of the protection grounding system is welded under the skeleton, and the instrument door also has a grounding point interconnected with the casing.

　　When multiple cabinets are juxtaposed, protective plates can be added to the left and right sides of the starter cabinet and the terminal cabinet.

 

　　Normal use environmental conditions

　　Ambient air temperature: no higher than +40 ° C, not lower than 5 ° C, the average temperature within 24 h is not higher than +35 ° C.

　　Altitude: no more than 2000 meters.

　　Atmospheric conditions: air is clean, relative humidity does not exceed 50j}5 at a maximum temperature of +40 °C, and high relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, for example 90% at 10 °C, but temperature changes should be considered. It is possible to occasionally produce moderate condensation.
