Overview
SIVACON 8PT low-voltage switchgear is a new type of low-voltage switchgear designed by Siemens Company. It has circuit breaker technology, fixed installation technology and drawer type technology design. The SIVACIN 8PT produced by our company as a "licensed production partner" of Siemens is suitable for low-voltage distribution systems with AC 50Hz and rated working voltage of 690V and below. As a variety of power generation, transmission, distribution, power conversion and power consumption control equipment, can be widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, buildings, hotels, municipal construction and other low-voltage power distribution system.
The switchgear is fully in line with the national standard GB725l, international standard IEC60439-1.
 
Features
SIVACON 8PT equipped with a motor circuit and cable feed circuit drawer switch cabinet has the best safety and applicability to provide a high degree of ease of operation.
The use of the wizard's pull-out mechanism can be quickly and easily replaced and adjusted. Each module can thus be, for example, supplemented or transformed, even though the compartments can also be transformed during operation.
Standard modules that have passed the form test have a high level of safety. Outlet circuit can be up to 250kW. Can be protected with fuse or circuit breaker. The degree of protection of the test position and the separation position is IP30. All extraction units have a standard operator interface. There is an isolation gap on the supply side and the feed side. The draw-out unit saves space, and the minimum unit height is l00mm. The cable connection compartment may be at the front or rear. According to the changing conditions can be easily adjusted, without the whole cabinet power.
The skeleton is made of 2.5mm high-quality steel plate, and the skeleton has a hole with a modulus of 25mm, which can be expanded for various purposes. The cable can be connected above or below.
The enclosures are IP30, IP3l, IP40, IP4l, IP42, IP54.

Normal use environmental conditions
The ambient air temperature is not higher than 40 ℃, not lower than 5 ℃. And within 24h its average temperature is not higher than 35 ℃
Indoor installation and use, the altitude is not more than 2000 meters.
Atmospheric conditions: the relative humidity is not more than 50% at the highest temperature of 40 ℃, and higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature, for example, 90% at 20 ℃, but considering the temperature change, it may cause accidental condensation.
The device is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures:-25°C to 55°C, up to 70°C in a short period of time (no more than 24h), and the device should not be subjected to any unrecoverable damage at these extreme temperatures, and should work normally under normal conditions.
The equipment is installed in a place without explosion hazard, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
Beyond the above conditions of use, the user has special requirements, can negotiate with the manufacturer special.

The switch cabinet has the functions of overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable incoming and outgoing lines, bus connection, etc. Mainly suitable for power plants, substations, petrochemical, metallurgical steel rolling, light industry and textile, factories and mining enterprises and residential areas, high-rise buildings and other different places. It mainly includes high-voltage isolating switch and grounding switch, high-voltage load switch, high-voltage automatic coincidence and segmenter, high-voltage operating mechanism, high-voltage explosion-proof distribution device and high-voltage switch cabinet.

Correct Selection of Breaker Breaking Capacity
On the primary system diagram, the selected circuit breaker, indicating the circuit breaker model, rated working voltage and rated working current, must also be selected for the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker. With user drawings, the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker is not selected, which makes it difficult for the manufacturer to carry out engineering design. The breaking capacity selection should be based on the system short-circuit parameters. If the manufacturer does not understand the system short-circuit parameters, it is difficult to make the correct choice. There are also some user drawings, regardless of the system short-circuit parameters, blindly select high-break parameters, resulting in unnecessary waste of funds. The correct choice of breaking capacity is very important, not only to ensure safe operation, but also to consider reducing product costs.
