Product overview Blokset low-voltage switchgear is our company as a French Schneider Electric (China) Investment Co., Ltd. technology and business partners, the introduction of its technology and management system, for the Chinese market dedicated to the international level of high-end products, it has circuit breaker technology, fixed installation technology, plug-in installation technology design. This device is suitable for low voltage distribution system with AC 50Hz rated working voltage of 690V and below. As a variety of power generation, transmission, distribution, power conversion and power consumption control equipment, can be widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, buildings, hotels, municipal construction and other low-voltage power distribution system. The switchgear is fully compliant with GB7251.1, IEC60529 and 60947 standards. Features Blokset low-voltage switchgear is a new type of integrated power distribution system, which can be applied to various capacity levels with a maximum rated current of 6300A. It can adopt fixed installation design or drawer design. According to Schneider's MasterpactMT, Compact, Multi, Telemecanique and other circuit breakers and components combined into a functional unit, it has excellent technical performance, safety and reliability, and reduces failures. The basic frame of the Blokset switch cabinet is assembled from standard prefabricated components. These components are available in a variety of sizes and can be assembled into frames of different sizes. Through the combination of basic frame and extended frame, Blokset series switch cabinets can be composed of various depths and widths. The modular design of the Blokset can match the layout of the switch cabinet with the configuration of the distribution room. All modules are qualitatively in line with Schneider's assessment and design specifications. Can be composed of protection, operation, conversion and control and other standard unit modules, for customers to choose any assembly. All use of high-quality Schneider switch electrical equipment to ensure long service life and high operational reliability. The isolation between regions and the mutual isolation between incoming and outgoing lines of functional units are adopted to effectively strengthen the safety protection performance. Form 2, Form 3, and up to Form 4 internal isolation forms are available. According to the required protection level, the frame can be equipped with different cover plates. Light weight, high mechanical strength and assembly accuracy, beautiful appearance. Normal use of ambient air temperature: 5 ℃ ~ 40 ℃, the average temperature within 24h shall not exceed 35 ℃. Relative humidity: at the highest temperature of 40 ℃, the relative humidity shall not exceed 50%. At lower temperature, a larger relative humidity is allowed, such as 90% at 20 ℃. However, considering the temperature change, it may cause accidental condensation. Indoor installation and use, the altitude is not more than 2000 meters. The equipment is installed in a place without explosion hazard, chemical corrosion and dramatic vibration. Beyond the above conditions of use, the user special requirements, can be negotiated with the manufacturer.

The switch cabinet has the functions of overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable incoming and outgoing lines, bus connection, etc. Mainly suitable for power plants, substations, petrochemical, metallurgical steel rolling, light industry and textile, factories and mining enterprises and residential areas, high-rise buildings and other different places. It mainly includes high-voltage isolating switch and grounding switch, high-voltage load switch, high-voltage automatic coincidence and segmenter, high-voltage operating mechanism, high-voltage explosion-proof distribution device and high-voltage switch cabinet.

Correct Selection of Breaker Breaking Capacity
On the primary system diagram, the selected circuit breaker, indicating the circuit breaker model, rated working voltage and rated working current, must also be selected for the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker. With user drawings, the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker is not selected, which makes it difficult for the manufacturer to carry out engineering design. The breaking capacity selection should be based on the system short-circuit parameters. If the manufacturer does not understand the system short-circuit parameters, it is difficult to make the correct choice. There are also some user drawings, regardless of the system short-circuit parameters, blindly select high-break parameters, resulting in unnecessary waste of funds. The correct choice of breaking capacity is very important, not only to ensure safe operation, but also to consider reducing product costs.
