Overview
SIVACON 8PT low-voltage switchgear is a new type of low-voltage switchgear designed by Siemens Company. It has circuit breaker technology, fixed installation technology and drawer type technology design. The SIVACIN 8PT produced by our company as a "licensed production partner" of Siemens is suitable for low-voltage distribution systems with AC 50HZ and rated working voltage of 690V and below. As a variety of power generation, transmission, distribution, power conversion and power consumption control equipment, can be widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, buildings, hotels, municipal construction and other low-voltage power distribution system.
The switchgear is fully in line with national standards GB7251, international standards IEC60439-I.
 
Features
The SIVACON8PT is equipped with a motor circuit and cable feed circuit drawer switch cabinet has the best safety and applicability to provide a high degree of ease of operation.
◆ Using the pull-out mechanism of the guide, it can be replaced and adjusted quickly and easily, so each module can be added or changed, even if the compartment can be changed during operation.
The use of standard modules that have passed the form test has a high level of safety. Outlet circuit can be up to 250kW. Can be protected with fuse or circuit breaker. The protection class of the test position and the separation position is IP300. All extraction units have a standard operator interface. There is an isolation gap on the supply side and the feed side. Draw-out units save space with a minimum unit height of lOOmm. The cable connection compartment can be in the front or rear, and can be easily adjusted according to changing conditions, without the need to power off the whole cabinet.

Normal use environmental conditions
◆ The ambient air temperature is not higher than 40°C and not lower than -5°C, and its average temperature is not higher than 350°C within 24 hours.

◆ Atmospheric conditions: relative humidity at maximum temperature +40. C is not more than 50%, and higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature, for example, 90% at +20°C, but considering the temperature change, it may cause accidental condensation.

internal structure
The basic structure of the cabinet is composed of fixed steel plates and profiles connected to each other, which can be divided into several compartments according to needs, namely, the main bus room, the electrical room, the cable room and the horizontal wiring compartment (used to connect the control wires between the cabinet and the cabinet). The skeleton profile has a modulus M = 25mm mounting hole, and the shell is made of 2mm steel plate. Users can choose the surface treatment method (powder spraying, painting or galvanizing) according to their needs.
 

The switch cabinet has the functions of overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable incoming and outgoing lines, bus connection, etc. Mainly suitable for power plants, substations, petrochemical, metallurgical steel rolling, light industry and textile, factories and mining enterprises and residential areas, high-rise buildings and other different places. Correct Selection of Breaker Breaking Capacity
On the primary system diagram, the selected circuit breaker, indicating the circuit breaker model, rated working voltage and rated working current, must also be selected for the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker. With user drawings, the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker is not selected, which makes it difficult for the manufacturer to carry out engineering design. The breaking capacity selection should be based on the system short-circuit parameters. If the manufacturer does not understand the system short-circuit parameters, it is difficult to make the correct choice. There are also some user drawings, regardless of the system short-circuit parameters, blindly select high-break parameters, resulting in unnecessary waste of funds. The correct choice of breaking capacity is very important, not only to ensure safe operation, but also to consider reducing product costs.
