Overview
GGD AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet is suitable for power conversion, distribution and control of power, lighting and power distribution equipment in power distribution systems with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V and rated current below 3150A of power users such as power plants, substations, factories and mines.
The product has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, strong series practicality, novel structure and high protection level.
GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet conforms to IEC439 "low-voltage switchgear and control equipment" and GB7251.1-97 "low-voltage switchgear" and other standards.
 
Features
◆ The cabinet body of GGD AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet adopts the general cabinet form. The frame is partially welded and assembled with 8MF cold-formed steel. The frame parts and special matching parts are matched by the fixed-point steel production plant to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet. The parts of the general cabinet are designed according to the module principle, and there are 20 die mounting holes, and the general coefficient is high.
◆ Fully considering the heat dissipation in the operation of the cabinet, there are different numbers of heat dissipation slot holes at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet.
◆ According to the requirements of modern industrial product modeling design, the shape of the cabinet body and the division size of each part are designed by the method of golden section ratio, so that the whole cabinet is beautiful and generous.
◆ The cabinet door is connected with the frame by rotating shaft type living hinge, which is convenient to install and remove. The folding edge of the door is embedded with a mountain-shaped edge rubber strip. When the door is closed, the molding between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent the direct collision between the door and the cabinet body, and also improve the protection level of the door.
◆ The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multi-strand soft copper wire. The installation parts in the cabinet are connected with the frame by knurled screws, and the whole cabinet forms a complete grounding protection circuit.
◆ The top cover of the cabinet body can be removed when necessary to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main bus on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.
◆ The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can choose between IP20-IP40 according to the needs of the environment.

Normal use environmental conditions
The ambient air temperature is not higher than 40 ℃, not lower than -5 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours is not higher than 35 ℃.
◆ Indoor installation and use, the altitude of the use place shall not exceed 2000 meters.
◆ The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40 ℃, and a larger relative humidity shall be allowed at lower temperature, for example, 90% at +20 ℃. Temperature changes shall be taken into account, which may cause accidental condensation.
◆ When the equipment is installed, the inclination of the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 °.
The equipment is installed in the place without severe vibration and impact, and the place where the electrical components are not enough to be corroded.
◆ Users can negotiate with the manufacturer when they have special requirements.

It mainly includes high-voltage isolating switch and grounding switch, high-voltage load switch, high-voltage automatic coincidence and segmenter, high-voltage operating mechanism, high-voltage explosion-proof distribution device and high-voltage switch cabinet.

Correct Selection of Breaker Breaking Capacity
On the primary system diagram, the selected circuit breaker, indicating the circuit breaker model, rated working voltage and rated working current, must also be selected for the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker. With user drawings, the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker is not selected, which makes it difficult for the manufacturer to carry out engineering design. The breaking capacity selection should be based on the system short-circuit parameters. If the manufacturer does not understand the system short-circuit parameters, it is difficult to make the correct choice. There are also some user drawings, regardless of the system short-circuit parameters, blindly select high-break parameters, resulting in unnecessary waste of funds. The correct choice of breaking capacity is very important, not only to ensure safe operation, but also to consider reducing product costs.
