Characteristics

◆The cabinet of GGD AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet adopts the general cabinet form. The frame is assembled by partial welding of 8MF cold-formed steel. The frame parts and special supporting parts are matched by the steel fixed-point production factory to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet. The components of the universal cabinet are designed according to the principle of the module, and have 20-mode mounting holes with high universal factor.

◆ Fully consider the heat dissipation during the operation of the cabinet, there are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet.

◆ According to the requirements of modern industrial product design, the golden section ratio method is used to design the shape of the cabinet and the division size of each part, so that the whole cabinet is beautiful and generous.

◆The hinged hinge of the cabinet door is connected with the frame, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. A mountain-edge strip is embedded in the fold of the door. When the door is closed, the insert between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent the door from directly colliding with the cabinet and also improve the protection level of the door.

◆ The instrument door with electrical components is connected to the frame by a plurality of soft copper wires. The mounting piece and the frame in the cabinet are connected by knurled screws, and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection circuit.

◆The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed, which is convenient for the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on the site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.

◆The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can choose between IP20-IP40 according to the needs of the environment.
