Overview
MNS2.0 combined low-voltage switchgear is a new type of combined low-voltage switchgear developed in cooperation with Swiss ABB (China) Investment Co., Ltd., introducing its technology and absorbing the advantages of similar products at home and abroad. This device is suitable for systems with AC 50Hz and rated working voltage of 400V and below. It can fully meet the application requirements of various types of markets. As control equipment for various power generation, transmission, distribution, electric energy conversion and electric energy consumption, it can be widely used in main and auxiliary power cabinets, power distribution cabinets, motor power supply and motor control centers, open-loop or closed-loop control system cabinets and power systems, petrochemical, industrial and mining enterprises, and public utilities, municipal engineering, commercial buildings and other low-voltage power distribution system.
The switchgear is fully in line with the national standard GB7251.1, international standard IEC60439-1.
 
Features
◆ The cabinet frame structure adopted by MNS2.0 is highly flexible, and once the structure is assembled, it does not need maintenance. Normal use environmental conditions
◆ MNS2.0 low voltage switch cabinet is suitable for indoor installation of electrical equipment, switch cabinet protection level can be up to IP54.
◆ Ambient temperature:
Short-time maximum temperature: 40 ℃;
24 hours maximum average temperature: 35 ℃;
Minimum temperature:-5 ℃;
◆ The climate and environment during normal work shall be in accordance with the provisions of Part 500 of the IEC60439-l, EN60439 and VDE0660. The ambient relative humidity is 50% at 40°C.
The conditions of the indoor installation place of the switch cabinet shall meet the requirements of the corresponding standards. Where condensation occurs, measures such as ventilation or heating will be used in the switch cabinet to prevent condensation.
◆ If the switch cabinet is installed above 2000 meters above sea level, the equipment shall be operated with reduced capacity accordingly.

The switch cabinet has the functions of overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable incoming and outgoing lines, bus connection, etc. Mainly suitable for power plants, substations, petrochemical, metallurgical steel rolling, light industry and textile, factories and mining enterprises and residential areas, high-rise buildings and other different places. It mainly includes high-voltage isolating switch and grounding switch, high-voltage load switch, high-voltage automatic coincidence and segmenter, high-voltage operating mechanism, high-voltage explosion-proof distribution device and high-voltage switch cabinet.

Correct Selection of Breaker Breaking Capacity
On the primary system diagram, the selected circuit breaker, indicating the circuit breaker model, rated working voltage and rated working current, must also be selected for the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker. With user drawings, the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker is not selected, which makes it difficult for the manufacturer to carry out engineering design. The breaking capacity selection should be based on the system short-circuit parameters. If the manufacturer does not understand the system short-circuit parameters, it is difficult to make the correct choice. There are also some user drawings, regardless of the system short-circuit parameters, blindly select high-break parameters, resulting in unnecessary waste of funds. The correct choice of breaking capacity is very important, not only to ensure safe operation, but also to consider reducing product costs.
