YBM3A-12/0.4 series prefabricated substation is designed and produced to meet the needs of domestic users. It has the advantages of compact structure, strong complete set, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, beautiful appearance, small footprint, and convenient movement. Product performance reached the domestic advanced level.
 
Features
◆ The shell is designed with reference to foreign advanced technology and according to the actual situation. It has the characteristics of firmness, good heat insulation and ventilation performance, dustproof, anti-small animal, moisture-proof, beautiful appearance, convenient maintenance, etc. The shell material is aluminum alloy plate, steel plate, composite plate and other materials to choose from.
◆ The high-pressure side adopts air-pressure type, SF6 load switch or vacuum load switch, which has reliable anti-misoperation function. The transformer can be oil-immersed transformer, fully sealed transformer, dry-type transformer. The low-voltage side adopts the latest type of plastic shell automatic air switch, with high breaking capacity and good protection performance. Up to 30 YBM3A-12/0.4 outgoing circuits.
◆ Automatic reactive power compensation device can also be used when required by users.
◆ The substation is equipped with automatic control exhaust device, which can meet the requirements of high temperature areas. At the request of the user can also be equipped with anti-condensation dehumidification heating automatic control device to meet the special requirements of alpine regions.
◆ The substation is easy to install. The low-voltage room of the substation is equipped with a movable base plate, from which people can directly enter the cable trench.

It mainly includes high-voltage isolating switch and grounding switch, high-voltage load switch, high-voltage automatic coincidence and segmenter, high-voltage operating mechanism, high-voltage explosion-proof distribution device and high-voltage switch cabinet.

Correct Selection of Breaker Breaking Capacity
On the primary system diagram, the selected circuit breaker, indicating the circuit breaker model, rated working voltage and rated working current, must also be selected for the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker. With user drawings, the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker is not selected, which makes it difficult for the manufacturer to carry out engineering design. The breaking capacity selection should be based on the system short-circuit parameters. If the manufacturer does not understand the system short-circuit parameters, it is difficult to make the correct choice. There are also some user drawings, regardless of the system short-circuit parameters, blindly select high-break parameters, resulting in unnecessary waste of funds. The correct choice of breaking capacity is very important, not only to ensure safe operation, but also to consider reducing product costs.
