Overview
XGNl5-12 unit type sulfur hexafluoride ring network cabinet (hereinafter referred to as unit cabinet) is a new generation of high-voltage electrical products produced by introducing foreign advanced technology and in accordance with the requirements of domestic rural power grid and urban power grid transformation. The main switch, operating mechanism and components of the unit cabinet adopt ABB's original SFL-12/24 type or domestic high-quality product FLN36-12D SF6 switch equipment, and can also be equipped with ABB's original HAD/US type SF6 circuit breaker or VD4-S type vacuum circuit breaker according to user needs. Its operation mode can be divided into manual and electric. After strict type test and long-term operation assessment, all the technical performance indicators of the cabinet have reached GB3906 and IEC298 standards, which are suitable for 12KV power network as the receiving and distribution of electric energy.
 
Features
The cabinet body is riveted with 2mm thick aluminum-zinc plate. There are two pressure relief holes behind the cabinet, one for the cable room and the other for the load switch/bus room. The structure can maximize the protection of personal safety and reliable operation of equipment, the protection level of IP3X, and a reliable mechanical interlock and anti-misoperation function.
This product has the remarkable characteristics of small size, light weight, beautiful appearance, easy operation, long life, high parameters, no pollution, and less maintenance.
 
Normal use environmental conditions
● The altitude shall not exceed 1000 meters.
● Ambient temperature: upper limit 40 ℃, lower limit 35 ℃.
● Relative humidity: the daily average value is not more than 95%, and the monthly average value is not more than 90%.
● The surrounding air is not obviously polluted by corrosive gas or flammable gas, water vapor, etc.
● No frequent violent vibration.

The switch cabinet has the functions of overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable incoming and outgoing lines, bus connection, etc. Mainly suitable for power plants, substations, petrochemical, metallurgical steel rolling, light industry and textile, factories and mining enterprises and residential areas, high-rise buildings and other different places. It mainly includes high-voltage isolating switch and grounding switch, high-voltage load switch, high-voltage automatic coincidence and segmenter, high-voltage operating mechanism, high-voltage explosion-proof distribution device and high-voltage switch cabinet.

Correct Selection of Breaker Breaking Capacity
On the primary system diagram, the selected circuit breaker, indicating the circuit breaker model, rated working voltage and rated working current, must also be selected for the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker. With user drawings, the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker is not selected, which makes it difficult for the manufacturer to carry out engineering design. The breaking capacity selection should be based on the system short-circuit parameters. If the manufacturer does not understand the system short-circuit parameters, it is difficult to make the correct choice. There are also some user drawings, regardless of the system short-circuit parameters, blindly select high-break parameters, resulting in unnecessary waste of funds. The correct choice of breaking capacity is very important, not only to ensure safe operation, but also to consider reducing product costs.
