On the afternoon of June 7, 2025, a delegation from State Grid Jilin Electric Power Co., Ltd. visited our company to conduct a comprehensive on-site evaluation of our project execution capabilities. This visit follows our successful selection as a supplier under the 2025 First Framework Agreement for Materials Procurement by Former Collective Enterprises and Industrial Units of State Grid Jilin Electric Power Co., Ltd. (Procurement No.: CY2325J006). As a key preparatory step prior to formal contract execution, the evaluation represents a thorough review of our comprehensive strengths. Our company attached great importance to this assessment and undertook meticulous planning and coordination to ensure a smooth and efficient inspection process.
At 15:00, the delegation arrived at our premises. Chairman Mr. Chen Songwen, together with core members of the management and technical teams, extended a warm welcome and presided over the introductory session held in the company’s main conference room.
The meeting commenced with both parties formally seated to initiate the evaluation proceedings. Chairman Chen delivered an opening address, providing an overview of our company’s development trajectory, main product portfolio, technological capabilities, and successful track record in supporting projects within the State Grid system. Following this, Team Leader Liu outlined the objectives, structure, and key areas of focus for the evaluation.
During the session, Ms. Yao Yuping, Supervisor of the Business Department, gave a detailed presentation of our corporate qualifications, certification systems, and technical capacities. The briefing underscored our strength in regulatory compliance, standardized management, and contract performance assurance.
Subsequently, the delegation carried out the site inspection in accordance with the evaluation schedule. Mr. Xiao Difan, Head of Production, accompanied the delegation through the sheet metal fabrication and assembly workshops, providing insights into key process controls, quality assurance systems, and production efficiency. Mr. Xia Faxue, Director of the Quality Inspection Department, guided the delegation through the company’s testing facilities and conducted operational demonstrations, showcasing our capabilities in inspection, testing, and quality management.
Throughout the evaluation, the delegation expressed positive assessments regarding our overall management systems, equipment readiness, technical personnel competence, and project implementation capacity. Constructive suggestions for further improvement were also provided. In response, our company reaffirmed its commitment to delivering all contract obligations with high standards, efficient execution, and a strong focus on quality and service reliability.
The successful completion of this on-site evaluation marks an important milestone in strengthening our cooperation with the State Grid system. Looking ahead, our company will continue to uphold the philosophy of “quality-oriented and customer-focused,” striving to enhance our product and service capabilities, and contribute to the sustained high-quality development of China’s electric power sector.
