Remember Tang Chi Expansion

From December 29th to 30th, 2018, the company organized a two-day Tangchi expansion event to repay the hard work of employees over the past year. Through the expansion activities, it can not only increase the cohesion of employees but also relax everyone.

At 7: 30 a.m. on December 29, everyone gathered at the gate of the company with excitement. they rode in an orderly manner on the two buses arranged by the company and headed all the way to the destination of yingcheng tangchi. there were two instructors from the expansion company on the bus. they played simple games for everyone on the road to ease the boredom of the 2.5-hour drive.

Arriving at Yingcheng Tangchi, the car stopped directly at the gate of the tourist center. Everyone was ready to check in directly. After the rooms were divided, the luggage was placed and the expansion activities began to gather. The coach arranged a warm-up jog for three laps first. After the run, the whole people got hot. In Statue Square, the coach asked us to besiege a big circle and use the strength of our arms to support each other to play the "Sunflower" game according to the instructor's instructions. The consistent body of all the staff leaned back and leaned forward, leaned right or leaned left. Under the mutual trust and cooperation of everyone, we shouted slogans while doing it. The warm and harmonious picture leaped in front of us. After the game, the enterprise military training was carried out, which seemed to be back to the student days, making people full of energy and vitality. The neat and uniform movements of standing at attention and at ease, and the loud slogans resounded through the sky, let me realize the high morale of the team and the majestic courage to move forward towards a goal.

After eating Chinese food in Tang Chi Restaurant, we learned tractor dance under the teaching of the coach. With the rhythm of music, we happily moved our limbs and twisted our heavy bodies. After the ice-breaking group was carried out, after the group was completed, each group put on a unified team uniform, and each group chose the team leader and team name: red vest-flower team, yellow vest-raptors team, green vest-haohi team and purple vest-piggy page team. everyone did their best for the honor of each group. the first game was drumming and throwing the ball. the whole team needed to cooperate and pull one end of the rope to maintain balance, the winner with the largest number of balls was won. Everyone was practicing hard. Ten minutes later, the four teams played. During the game, everyone insisted earnestly and was full of laughter. Finally, they all completed the number specified by the instructor. Followed by the target market game, each team sent a team member to find the number card, the rest of the team members according to the picture to find the correct number, we work together, in order to find more correct cards continue to run back and forth to discuss with each other, to enhance the communication between employees. After dinner at the end of the activity, the company prepared a surprise birthday party and a double-layer cake for the employees who celebrated their birthdays. All the staff celebrated their birthdays. They were very surprised and moved. A warm friendship from the company. After the birthday party, you can soak in the hot spring by yourself and enjoy the pleasure brought by Tang Chi hot spring.

After breakfast the next day, the management staff started the management meeting. The rest of the staff gathered in the indoor hall. First, they did the tractor dance to warm up. Then they started to play the game of pointing board and we were a family. All the staff formed a circle to play interesting and meaningful games in the hall. At ordinary times, everyone worked in their respective posts in the company. This was a rare opportunity to complete the expansion together and increase the feelings between everyone.

Although the time of this outward bound training is short, the harvest is great. We are all still not satisfied. We have improved our enthusiasm for better putting into work in the future. We are grateful for the welfare given to us by the company and have had an unforgettable experience.
