Job responsibilities:

1, according to the company's overall sales plan and strategy, formulate the sales objectives and strategies of the marketing department. Plan and promote market expansion, establish and develop business partnerships with target customers, and achieve the company's annual sales targets;

2. Actively implement the company's overall sales target, implement the marketing strategy, submit the sales plan, supervise the implementation of the whole sales process, and organize the distribution team to complete the sales task.

3. Establish and improve various rules and regulations, promote the standardization, scientization and continuous progress of the company's sales system management, improve the company's sales system and business direction, and lead the team building;

4. And report to the general manager in a timely manner, contact with regional managers and salespeople to find effective ways to break through.

Requirements:

1. Male, over 28 years old, Secondary specialized school degree or above, more than 5 years of corporate marketing, market management experience or more than 5 years of sales management experience in the electrical industry is preferred.

2. Excellent leadership, including setting goals, formulating reasonable and sufficient action plans, team management and motivation, etc;

3. Familiar with the electrical industry, understand the market and customer needs, master sufficient customer resources, and have excellent customer development and demand service capabilities; with high and low voltage complete sets of switchgear, circuit breakers or DC complete sets of switchgear sales experience is preferred.

4. Able to carry out marketing work independently, with strong communication and coordination ability and business development ability; keen market observation, ability to grasp market dynamics and market direction;

5. Be honest, rigorous, objective, passionate about work and good team spirit;

6, can adapt to long/short-term travel, engaged in power industry familiar with the bidding priority;

7. There are internal network resources of local power system and customer resources of industrial industries, including industries: heavy industry, medicine, petrochemical, railway transportation, automobile, metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, banking, etc. are preferred.
